Return/ Exchange Policy

Crowns and bows:

Each crown and bow is handmade to order. Due to the unique nature of our products, no returns or exchanges will be permitted. If there is an issue with your crown or bow, please contact us via email at and we will respond within 24-48 hours to correct any errors.

We are not responsible for packages after shipping. Once you have received your tracking number from us, it's out of our hands. If there is an issue with your package, please contact USPS at:

  • Our turn around time (meaning the time from when the order is placed until the label is printed and the package is dropped off at the post office) varies based on business. Current turn around time is approx 3 weeks. I will always do what I can to accomdate needs of my customers. IF you need something sooner than my turn around time, please email me at before placing your order, and I will do my very best to make it happen!
